Locating the User
Displaytheuser’sapproximatelocationbyperformingthefollowingsteps:
1. OntheFindClient(s)Resultscreen,clicktheLocateClienttask(underManage).RASM
retrievesinformationabouttheclient’slocation.
2. IfthreeormoreAPshavenotdetectedtheclientwithin15secondsof eachother,theListeners
Selectiondialogbox
appears,displayingalistoftheAPsthathavedetectedtheclient.
YoucanselectuptosixAPsfromthelist.RASMusestheselectedAPstocalculatethelocation
oftheclient.
3. RASMdisplaystheapproximatelocationoftheclientonthefloorplan.Theclient’slocationis
indicated
withalaptopicon,asshownbelow.
